Nights are getting darker as the winter is creeping in, and present the town in a different light.

Shooting sunrises can be challenging as you can never know how the sky turns out to be. Having some clouds is good, as they'll reflect the beautiful colors of the early rays, and also scatter light so that the sun does not appear too bright. I think this time I was relatively lucky with the weather.

Once the sun had risen, the drifting clouds created a colorful phantom sun (parhelion).
